This document outlines the Terms of Service (“Terms”) for the Eatiz website (https://eatiz.in) and the Eatiz mobile application. These platforms are operated by Mable Lifestyle (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with any additional policies or conditions we reference or link to. These Terms apply to everyone who uses our platform, including browsers, vendors, clients, merchants, and content contributors. Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of them, you may not use our platform or services. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting revisions on this page. It’s your responsibility to review them periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any changes means you accept those changes.
1. Using Eatiz for Purchases
We’re committed to providing a reliable and efficient cafeteria experience. We may update or enhance the features of our platform at any time. If any fees are introduced or changed, we’ll communicate them clearly. When you purchase food or services from vendors through Eatiz (“Purchase”), you may be asked for information like your name, contact details, location, order preferences, and feedback. This helps us and our partner vendors fulfill and improve your dining experience.
2. Your Use of the Eatiz Platform
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state or country, or that you are the age of majority and have given permission for any minor dependents to use our platform under your supervision. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes and must comply with all applicable laws, including copyright and data protection regulations. To ensure security, you must not transmit any viruses, malicious code, or use the platform in a way that could harm its performance or data integrity. Your personal data is stored and processed to facilitate orders and service delivery. You are responsible for securing your device and access to the Eatiz app. We strongly advise against “jailbreaking” or “rooting” your phone, as this can compromise app security and functionality. Breaking any of these terms may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
3. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at our discretion, at any time. While credit card information is always encrypted during network transfers, other user content may be transferred unencrypted and adapted to technical standards. Please note that certain app features (like Browse restaurants, placing orders, or processing payments) require a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). We are not responsible for limited app functionality due to network unavailability. If you incur data or roaming charges while using the platform, it’s your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary permissions and coverage from your mobile service provider. You agree not to reproduce, sell, or exploit any part of the Service or its content without our express written permission.
4. Information Accuracy
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our platform. However, we cannot guarantee that all information will always be accurate, complete, or current. The material is for general reference only and shouldn’t be the sole basis for decisions. Historical information may be provided for reference but may not be current. We regularly update the Eatiz mobile application to enhance its functionality. The app is available on Android, iOS, and major web browsers. System requirements may change, and you are responsible for downloading updates. We may also discontinue the application or any of its features without notice. If the app is terminated, your rights to use the platform will end, and you must uninstall it from your device. We are not liable for any changes, price adjustments, suspensions, or discontinuation of the Service.
6. Products and Services
Certain products and services may be offered exclusively online through our website or app. These may have limited availability and are subject to our return or exchange policies. We make every effort to display restaurant menus, colors, and images accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen will display visuals precisely as intended. We reserve the right to:
- Limit sales to specific individuals, regions, or jurisdictions.
- Limit quantities of products or services available.
- Discontinue products or services at any time.
- Change product descriptions or pricing without notice.
We do not guarantee that the quality of services or content purchased will always meet your expectations or be error-free.

We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel orders per user, household, or transaction, especially in cases of suspected misuse or bulk/resale purchases.
