You are eligible for a refund only if you have made a pre-payment while placing your order through our website or mobile application, and one of the following situations occurs:
(i) The restaurant cancels your order due to item unavailability, or
(ii) The restaurant is unable to process or fulfill your order for any reason.
All refund decisions are made solely at our discretion and shall be final and binding.
In the event of a canceled order or if one or more items are unavailable, refunds will be initiated within 24 hours. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 4 to 5 business days.
